Cocaine continues to be readily available throughout Oklahoma. During 1999, according to a study done by the Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services (ODMHSAS), over 200,000 members (8.5%) of the general adult population and over 15,000 members (9.4%) of the Native American population had used cocaine at least once in their lifetime. Diverted Pharmaceuticals - Vicodin, Lortab, propoxyphene, alprazolam, hydrocodone, Ultram, diazepam, Hycodan, Demerol, Dilaudid, and Percodan are the most popular pharmaceutical substances abused in Oklahoma.
